Further details: Real-time PCR technology is becoming a must technique in every lab since it allows for sensitive, accurate and high-throughput method applicable in various areas of life sciences, from pathogen or GMO determination and quantification, gene expression studies, genotyping etc. If you haven't mastered it yes, here's your chance.
The hands-on 3-day workshop will cover qPCR theory, practical guidance on sample preparation including blood samples and single cell analysis as well as hands-on lab and data analysis sessions. Applications in medical diagnostics will be presented by guest lecturer, prof. Dr Borut Peterlin, Dr. med.
